How long will it take before my order ships?
I have a full-time job and design and create products for MauveDesign in my spare time. I have most products in stock, but I may have to make something especially for you.
As I create and ship everything personally, I may need a few days to get your products packaged and sent out the door.
*All digital products should land in your inbox along with your order confirmation email.
What shipping options do I have?
Local pick up option | Free of charge
If you are local to Gauteng and would prefer saving the delivery fee by collecting your package in person you can pick up your order on weekdays between 08:30 and 17:00 at 40 Oaktree Avenue, Hazelwood, Pretoria.
Unfortunately we don’t have any pick up locations outside of Gauteng at this time.
National delivery | R 70 PAXI service
If you are located outside Gauteng or can’t collect your package at the local pick up point in Pretoria, we find it most cost effective for you, our client, to use PAXI.
PAXI costs R 70, takes 7-9 business days and allows you to collect your package from PEP, PEPHome, PEPCell and Shoe City stores nationally.
How do I select a PAXI location?
Once your order has been placed, Eunese will contact you directly with PAXI locations close to your billing address. Once you have selected a PAXI location your package will be sent.
What do I need to collect my package from the PAXI location I chose?
• Your collection PIN received via SMS and your ID.
How long do I have to collect my package from my chosen PAXI location?
14 Days.
